Updated 23 September 2026. These terms cover the Firstline Desk timesheet automation service. No order or payment is created by browsing or emailing.
At a glance
- Month 1: US$300 set-up, paid once.
- After Month 1: US$399 per month, however many timesheets or temp workers you have.
- Cancel any time before the next month.
- Your team approves the hours before payroll. We do not calculate pay or submit payroll.
- Missing or unclear hours are flagged, never guessed.

What you pay
Month 1 is a US$300 one-time set-up. We learn your timesheet process and set up our AI for your formats. We follow up using your checkout email to agree a representative sample, the set-up scope and a secure transfer method. Do not submit employee records through checkout.
After Month 1 the service is US$399 per month, however many timesheets or temp workers you have. The monthly plan is billed separately and starts only when you ask for it. Cancel any time before the next month.
If we cannot deliver
Full refund if we can’t deliver the Month 1 set-up. Contact [email protected] with your order reference to discuss delivery or request the refund. This commitment applies to new set-up purchases; it does not rewrite existing orders or limit rights that cannot be excluded.
What you provide
You send a sample of the timesheets you already use, tell us how they reach payroll today, and agree a secure transfer method before any real files are shared. You are responsible for having the right to share the records you send and for not sending more than the service needs.
Your team approves the hours
The output is prepared for staff review, not autonomous payroll. Your team checks flagged items and approves the hours before payroll. Pay calculations, payroll submission, signature authentication and worker eligibility decisions are excluded. If a format cannot be read reliably we say so and flag it rather than guess.
Data and retention
Before receiving documents we agree the transfer method, authorized environment, processing arrangements and retention. Do not send production employee data in an initial enquiry. See the privacy page for what this website collects.
Existing orders
Previously agreed orders retain their agreed terms. A website update does not retroactively change an existing order.
