Firstline Desk

Payment received. Three links and you are done.

Your receipt is on its way from Stripe. Everything from here happens by email, and the next move is a short one from you.

What to send

One email to [email protected], with your Stripe receipt number in the subject line and these three things in the body:

  1. A link to your published support-tier or service-level page.Required.
  2. A link to your careers page, or the service desk roles you currently have open.Required. If you have none open, say so — that is itself information.
  3. A ticket-category summary exported from your platform.Optional, and it improves the taxonomy considerably. A spreadsheet is fine. Never a login.

By when: whenever suits you. The ten-business-day clock starts the day your inputs land, not the day you paid, so nothing is lost by taking a few days over it.

What happens next

  1. You get a written confirmation that your inputs are sufficient, and the delivery date.Same working day your email lands.
  2. The four outputs arrive by email.Ten business days later.
  3. You reply with one round of revisions if you want them.Within fourteen days of delivery.

If your published pages turn out to be too thin to build a pack from, you are told that at step one and refunded in full before any work starts.

Nothing further is required of you, and there is no call to book — there never is.
